Queensland police have been given legal advice that they can’t charge a Logan City teenager with the murder of the unborn baby killed in the Australia Day accident that claimed the lives of the parents.
The Waterford West teen has had another eight charges laid against him in relation to that incident in the bayside suburb of Alexandra Hills.
Assistant commissioner Brian Codd said even though further charges can’t be pursued, unborn baby Miles won’t be forgotten.
