Police investigations are continuing after a man was punched in the face at Rochedale, just north of Logan City last week.
Around 3.30pm a 21-year-old Burbank man was driving his red Nissan Navara east on Miles Platting Road. He was cut off and stopped by a black four wheel drive with a mural on the side for a martial arts academy.
A large man of Pacific Islander appearance got out of the four wheel drive and approached the driver of the Nissan who had left his vehicle.
The Nissan driver was punched four or five times in the face before the other man returned to his vehicle and drove off.
The victim was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital as a precaution for a cut lip and bruising to the face.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has further information to contact police.
