Friday, March 19 was National Day Against Bullying, and Logan City Police wanted to remind locals that they say no way to bullying.
Senior Constable Wallis said this was a day where we remind our children, family members and co-workers to say ‘Bullying. No way!’
The National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence is Australia’s key bullying prevention initiative, connecting schools and communities to find workable solutions to bullying and violence.
Activities for this event last year were limited, however, this year, Cluedo the Police Dog has been out playing with his ‘Bullying. No way!’ frisbee and promoting the positive message.

“Police would like to challenge all parents and adults to adopt and lead the way by example and stop the ‘bullying’ often done by adults online to other adults, in the workplace and even at places like school pickups,” Senior Constable Wallis said.
“If we truly want to see our kids stop bullying each other in schools and become amazing adults, we need to lead by example for them.
“Have a chat with your kids about bullying today.”
