Detectives have released vision of possible witnesses who may be able to assist with an ongoing investigation into a shooting at Forestdale on Friday, July 2.

Around 8pm that day, shots was fired at a car as it drove in an easterly direction on Johnston Road, between Staplyton and Dickman Roads, Forestdale.

The car, a white Honda Civic, was struck on the driver’s side.

A 34-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman, both from Heathwood, suffered minor arm injuries from the projectiles and were taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.

The vision shows five vehicles police believe were at the intersection at the time of the shooting.

Detectives are appealing for anyone in those vehicles to contact them.
