Two men are due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court in October, charged in relation to a brawl at a Mt Warren Park tavern.
The punch up occurred on August 26.
A Bahrs Scrub man was taken to the Princess in the Princess Alexandra Hospital suffering life-threatening injuries after being punched and kicked in the face and body.
The 36-year-old is now recovering from his injuries.
A 26-year-old and a 51-year-old, both from Beenleigh, were charged with common assault and grievous bodily harm.
