Three Logan City men have faced Coolangatta Magistrates Court, charged with failing to comply with a coronavirus Queensland border direction from authorities and lying on their border declaration passes.
The trio, aged between 23 and 29, was charged last month after visiting coronavirus hotspot Melbourne.
Police alleged they spent weeks in Melbourne before returning via the M1 at Coolangatta on August 3.
They were detained by officers and immediately placed into hotel quarantine.
All three were granted bail when they appeared in court on Monday September 28.
The men’s matters are due in court on October 19.
