Two Logan City Councillors have taken to giving up their Tuesday mornings to hear what local residents have to say about the city.
Councillor Teresa Lane (Division 2) and Councillor Mindy Russell (Division 3) are meeting every Tuesday morning at Coolabah Cafe in the Logan Central Plaza, for mobile offices.
“We’re here to talk about any council issue you can imagine,” Cr Lane said.
“Just come on down between 7:30am and 8:30am on Tuesdays. No appointment necessary!
“From crowing roosters to crazy cats, from feral pests to new things in parks. People are coming down to have a chat with us.
“If you have a local issue in your community, in your division – then pop down and have a chat. But only if you’re from division two or three.”
