Two Logan City teenagers to face Brisbane’s Children’s Court on various charges

A 15-year-old Slacks Creek boy and a 17-year-old Springwood boy have both been arrested and charged with one count of acts intended to maim and will appear in the Brisbane Children’s Court later today.

The Two Logan City teenagers were charged after a Logan City man was allegedly stabbed, kicked, and punched in Brisbane’s Queen St Mall over the weekend.

Police allege a 45 year old man from Kingston was standing in Queen Street Mall around 10.30 on Saturday night, when he was approached by a group of teenage boys.

One of the teenagers stabbed the man with a box cutter knife in the left arm and back.

Police allege the man fell to the ground and was kicked and punched by one of the other boys.
