It’s been revealed, more jobs are set to be lost from the New Acland coal mine on the Darling Downs as its fight for expansion continues to go through the courts.
The Stage 3 development is on hold as the Oakey Coal Action Alliance attempts to block it entirely.
Another 20 positions are now expected to be cut by the end of the month.
