Turf war link to Windaroo fire

Police believe a turf war between the Mongols and Finks bikie gangs is heating up from Logan City all the way south to the border.

Intelligence has reportedly revealed, club members have been ordered to “attack on sight”.

It’s understood,  the order only relates to clubs between Logan City and the New South Wales border,  however,  to be clear there’s no suggestion all members or associates of the Mongols and Finks could be involved.

Tensions have grown between the two rival clubs in the wake of the execution-style murder of Finks bikie Shane Bowden in October last year.

It comes as police investigate an arson attack on a barber shop on June 5 at a Windaroo shopping centre.

Police are looking into a possible link between the arson and bikie related hangouts.

As originally reported by My News Feed, the blaze also destroyed a hairdressing salon, chemist and bakery.
