A teenage pedestrian and two adults are in hospital after separate vehicle accidents.
Paramedics took the boy to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition after he sustained a head injury when he was struck by a vehicle on Clifton Leyburn Road at Clifton at 10.14pm.
Almost five hours earlier on Moonie Highway and Bendee Road at Southwood a truck and a car collided.
As a result one of the people involved was badly injured and had to be cut out of the wreckage before paramedics could take him to Tara Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The second person involved in the crash suffered a back injury and was taken by ambulance to the same hospital in a stable condition.
