Large parts of regional Queensland have already been drenched by rain and there’s no sign of the rain easing until the weekend.
Severe storms have already lashed the south west including Roma as well as Stanthorpe where 46 millimetres of rain was recorded in just an hour overnight.

Residents have been told by Goondiwindi regional Council to have at least 3 days of supplies ready, including medications, and an Emergency Kit, and to consider possible evacuation points.
