Parents across Logan are being encouraged to keep positive and set a solid routine as children prepare to head back to school on Monday.
Experts say ongoing changes because of the COVID-19 pandemic, on top of the usual back to school nerves and excitement, is likely to add an extra layer of stress for families.
Carol Markie-Dadds from the Triple P parenting program says there are a number of things parents can do to have their children ready to tackle the new school year.
