This awesome foursome are hard at work linking women, children, and families with complex needs with the care they need.
Amanda Wolski, Midwifery Navigator – Gestational Diabetes, Nicola Taylor-Edwards, Midwifery Navigator for Complex Care, Julie Health, Nurse Navigator Neonates and Amanda Hackett, Nurse Navigator Paediatrics said they loved nothing more than working with local mums.
“We help Logan families meet their complex health needs across the hospital and the community,” Nicola said.
“We ensure that women, babies, children and families get the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
“Whether it is antenatal specialist support or post natal support that someone needs or if a patient has mental health, domestic violence or addiction issues – we are here to help.”
