This Friday, contestants are gearing up for Greenbank Services Club’s grand final of Rockaoke – the unique karaoke competition bringing crowds in to listen to locals beat out their favourite song with a live rock band.
$10,000 is up for grabs for those entered into the Greenbank Services Club’s Rockaoke Competition.
The prizes up for grabs are:
1st Place: $3,000 cash
2nd Place: $1,500 cash
3rd Place: $750 cash
4th Place: $500 cash
5th Place: $150 cash
6th to 10th Place: $100 cash
All registered contestants will be judged by the following three criteria:
- Vocal Abilities: Maximum 50 points
- Presentation and Showmanship: Maximum 35 points
- Technical Skills: Maximum 15 points
Competitors will be judged by a panel of three judges, which means a maximum of 300 points can be awarded per contestant, with a maximum of 100 points per judge.
