Logan detectives are hunting for whoever fired a shot at a Mitsubishi Lancer at Underwood last night.
The Lancer was stationary at traffic lights on Compton Road near North Road at around nine o’clock when the 18-year-old driver heard a loud bang.
The Wynnum West man pulled into a nearby service station and saw what appeared to be a bullet hole in the boot of his car.
He wasn’t hurt in the incident but two vehicles were seen driving away from the scene, including a dark coloured Nissan Patrol.
Police urge anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
