Questions will be asked about the future of One Nation after its poor results at the Queensland State election.
Analysts say One Nation’s six percent slump may have also impacted the LNP’s result on Saturday night.
For Kim Miller, the One Nation candidate for the seat of Waterford, it was a tough loss – a personal loss….

Kim Miller – ahead of the election.
“I’m so disappointed” he said as he announced he would not be considering a 3rd tilt. “I’m 63 and I won’t be contesting again at 67″.
Mr Miller said that after all that has happened under the ALP Government, he disappointed to see Queenslanders voting to keep Labor for another four years”.
He says he plans to enjoy life out of the political arena.

Glen Cookson – “Did pretty well”.
Elsewhere, in the seat of Springwood – One Nation candidate Glen Cookson was feeling very “real” about it all.
“I thought I did pretty well…. They (the other politicians) come up with promises they can’t deliver – some parliamentary members never get back to them… .and never show (for church meetings)”.
Glen also wanted to highlight the help he’s received during the campaign. “I really want to thank my volunteers for the massive job… (they’ve done)”.
In the Scenic rim, One Nation candidate PAUL HENSELIN had one of the better returns of the night taking 15 percent of the vote count, despite a rocky campaign in which roadside campaign signs were damaged. (previous story can be found HERE)
