Large Parts of South-East Queensland remain under a total fire ban atleast for one more day.
High temperatures across the region mean Logan City and the Scenic rim remain under a fire ban until midnight tonight.
Gold Coast, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley and Somerset Councils are also under the ban.
It means all open fires are prohibited and all permits to light fires have been cancelled.
