If you’ve been thinking it has been hotter than normal in Logan City lately, you’d be right.
Logan’s overnight low on Monday was 27 degrees. That’s a whopping 8 degrees above average.
It is also the city’s highest overnight minimum on record.
The rain showers that swept across the city late Tuesday (pictured) brought some much wanted relief from the heat.
A tropical weather system has been moving in a southeasterly direction across the Australian continent this week.
