Anyone in Logan City who needs to be tested for the coronavirus can go to any one of more than 20 COVID-19 testing facilities available across Logan City.
Queensland Health has been forced to combat lengthy wait times seen over the weekend.
At one clinic in Brisbane, people had to wait for up to six hours to get tested.
There was a similar situation on the Gold Coast, so to avoid that, Logan residents can get tested at one of a number of places including Logan Hospital, as well as other clinics in Woodridge, Slacks Creek, Logan Central, Kingston and Beenleigh.
Queensland Health has put on extra staff and extended hours at testing clinics to help manage demand.
To find your nearest testing center, you can go to the Queensland Health website www.qld.gov.au/health
