Wild storms cut power

There are still a small number of homes without power across Logan City and the Scenic Rim after last night’s  wild storms.

In Loganholme, Energex  crews are working on restoring power to 50 homes , 11 homes in Mundoolun are without power and at Oaky Creek in the Scenic Rim five homes are without power.

At one stage,  nearly 8,000 homes and businesses were blacked out across South East Queensland  with 60 millimetres of rain falling within an hour.
