Police are warning truck drivers crossing the border into Queensland to ensure they’ve got the correct pass to enter the Sunshine State.
Deputy Police Commissioner Steve Gollschewski says 77 freight vehicles were turned around over a 24 hour period, simply because drivers had the wrong border declaration
His comment comes after a motorist attempted to cross over into Goondiwindi and Texas multiple times without the proper paperwork.
As reported yesterday on My News Feed, the motorists received a significant fine for his actions.
