Toowoomba police have arrested five teenage girls, aged between 13 and 16, after a brief pursuit ended when they crashed a stolen car into another vehicle.
The girls were spotted in a stolen Audi in Drayton late yesterday morning before they sped away in the car and crashed into another vehicle a few minutes later.
The five teens were arrested at the scene.
Four will face the Toowoomba Children’s Court charged with a raft of offences including unlawful use of vehicle.
A fifth girl was released with a caution in line with provisions in the Youth Justice Act.
The Audi was stolen from a Toowoomba home in the early hours of yesterday morning.
