Police investigating Logan City armed robbery

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station at Forestdale in the early hours of this morning.

Around 2.50am four men entered the Johnson Road business where demands were made of the 29-year-old male employee.

Two of the men, who were armed with a baseball bat and a knife, threatened the employee before money and a quantity of cigarettes were stolen.

All offenders had their faces concealed.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around the time of the robbery should contact police.
