Despite the reprieve in rainfall, flood waters are continuing to affect some Logan City roads.
The message from emergency crews and Council is still the same: if it’s flooded, forget it.
“Anyone who enters a flooded road, creek or drain not only endangers their own life but they also risk the lives of those who may have to go in and rescue them,” City of Logan Mayor Darren Power says, urging people to stay away from any flooded waterways and drains.
As of Tuesday 10am, according to Logan City’s Disaster Dashboard, flooded roads in Logan include:
