Police have released footage of two men as part of the investigation into the unlawful use of four vehicles across Logan.
Around 6am last Saturday, a grey 2021 Ford Mustang coupe was stolen from a home at Brookhaven Boulevard, Bahrs Scrub.
The next day around the same time, the stolen mustang was spotted at a house on Lowthers Street, Yarrabilba, where a white 2015 Nissan Navara ute and a brown 2014 Kia Sportage station wagon were stolen.
Then at about 3.40pm, the stolen Mustang was used to steal approximately $60 worth of unleaded fuel from a service station at Anzac Avenue, Hillcrest.
The Mustang was then seen at the drive-through of a Jimboomba fast food restaurant about two hours later.
Last Tuesday around 6am, the stolen Navara was seen at a property on Jonquil Street, Ormeau, where a white 2017 Ford Mustang was stolen.
Both the Navara and Sportage have subsequently been located but both Mustangs still haven’t been recovered.
Investigations continue.
