Weather conditions are expected to change markedly for the Logan and Scenic Rim areas for the next day or two.
The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast a very high fire danger for southeast Queensland, particularly areas near the coast.
To add to that, the bureau has also forecast gusty winds for the region.
