Election turns ugly in Scenic Rim

  • Scott Mayman is an award-winning radio presenter and journalist who has worked professionally in both Australia and in the United States and is also a Correspondent for CBS News Radio in New York.

Roadside signs to promote One Nation candidate Paul Henselin have been destroyed in the Scenic Rim.

Mr Henselin   says the culprit has been identified and a report has been made to police.

“But I’ll  be taking it further” Mr Henselin said.    “I’m taking this to the Electoral Commission and this guy will be facing a $10,000 fine”.

The One Nation candidate  said he was disappointed with the actions of this person and hoped it wouldn’t happen again.
