Logan City road incidents and unit fire result in hospitalisations

There were three separate incidents in Logan City overnight that resulted in people being hospitalised.

In one incident, a teenage girl suffered head and shoulder injuries after reportedly falling from a moving vehicle on Dracons Street, Regents Park a little after 9:30pm Wednesday night (Oct. 21).

She is recovering in the Queensland Children’s Hospital.

In another accident at Meadowbrook, a woman was treated for burns to her hand after a reported fire at a unit complex on Yeates Crescent.

She was taken to Logan Hospital and is in a stable condition.

And a woman declined ambulance transport to hospital following a two-car crash in Underwood earlier in the evening.

That accident happened at the intersection of Logan Road and Ferguson Street at around 6:45pm Wednesday (Oct. 21)
