Covid 19 vaccinations may start in Logan City this week

Logan Hospital could be administering the Covid 19 vaccination to the public as early as this week.

The hospital will be inoculating people with the AstraZeneca drug  

Member for Woodridge  Cameron Dick said Phase 1a of the rollout would prioritise frontline health workers and hotel quarantine staff.

He added, the opening of the vaccination centre at Logan Hospital is contingent on receiving supply from the Federal Government.
