Third Logan City man to face court charged with the murder of Craignish Country Club owner

A third Logan City man is due to face Brisbane City Magistrates Court this morning charged with the murder of Gregory Harding on Sunday , August the 15th at Craignish.

25 year old Ashton Taylor McKinley is also charged with seven other offences including burglary, break and enter, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and stealing.

He was arrested yesterday at a Warbler Street property in Crestmead.

As part of Operation Tango Electra, detectives from Maryborough Criminal Investigation Branch and the Homicide Investigation Unit conducted extensive inquiries after the body of the owner and caretaker of the Craignish Country Club on Pialba Burrum Heads Road, was found on Monday, August 16.

Police allege Mr Harding was shot during an altercation at the club.

30 year old Joshua Marcus Pope, and Gregory 25 year old Tremayne Pryor, both from Loganlea,  are in custody after their arrested last month

There are no further people of interest sought by police in respect to the alleged murder.
