Good news in federal budget for first home buyers in Logan

If you’re looking to buy your first home in Logan, there’s some good news for you in the federal budget according to a local mortgage broker.

Scott Beattie from Cube Home Loans in Logan City says new home buyers wanting to build can take advantage of the government’s first homeowners scheme, the FHLDS, which is being extended with an increased cap of $650,000.
