After 6pm tonight, when the lockdown order for Logan City and Greater Brisbane is revoked, masks will remain mandatory indoors.

Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said “you’ll have to carry a face mask with you at all times” as restrictions remain in place for the next 10 days.
Anyone from Logan City and Greater Brisbane who may travel outside of the lockdown zone, will still be required to obey the rules associated with the restrictions, if they travel to other regions, such as the Gold Coast, Scenic Rim or other parts of regional Queensland.
Here is a summary of the mask rules that will be enforced until 1am January 22nd.
- Masks must be worn indoors at places including shopping centres, hospitals, churches, supermarkets, cinemas, ride-shares and public transport.
- Masks must be worn at work if you cannot socially distance.
- Masks must be carried on person at all times.
- Masks are not needed while exercising outdoors, or in a private vehicle.
