Twenty-one-year-old Meadowbrook man Hamish Glasby has faced Beenleigh Magistrates Court charged with one count of grievous bodily harm.
Glasby appeared in court after allegedly repeatedly stabbing his neighbour with a hunting knife during to a road rage incident.

The court heard that Glasby had allegedly been tailgating a car along Edenlea Drive in Meadowbrook on Tuesday night when the 25-year-old man who was driving the car pulled over to confront him and a dispute broke out.
Police allege Glasby used a hunting knife he kept in his vehicle to repeatedly stab the man.
The victim allegedly received three stab wounds, which included one that was about 25 centimetres deep.
As of last night the badly injured man was still in hospital after emergency surgery for a punctured lung and perforated liver.
Glasby was remanded in custody until a committal mention date on January 19.
