The search for an 84-year-old man missing from Runcorn since Monday has ended, with the man located deceased.
There are no suspicious circumstances and police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
The search for the man, who was last seen on Monday, had focused around Eight Mile Plains and Runcorn.

Police hold serious concerns over the welfare of an 84-year-old man from Runcorn, who regularly visits the Logan area.
So Mao Lam was last seen in Hollywood Street, Runcorn around 5am on Monday setting off for his daily walk.
Police commenced a search around Eight Mile Plains and Runcorn on Tuesday, following a possible sighting of him around 2pm on Monday in the vicinity of Runcorn Railway Station on Beenleigh Road.
His current whereabouts are unknown, however he often walks in the Logan, Sunnybank, Mount Gravatt or Salisbury areas.
Mr Lam suffers from a medical condition and may be disorientated or confused.
He walks for about two hours a day and uses public transport to get around.
He is described as Vietnamese, 165cm grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey check coloured shirt, cream pants and uses a walking stick.
Police hold serious concerns for the welfare of the missing 84-year-old man.
Residents and business owners are asked to search their properties for any sign of Mr Lam.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact police immediately.
