As the stolen Nissan Patrol sped through the busy car park, it struck two pedestrians: a 16-year-old and a 39-year-old woman. Both suffered injuries to their legs and were transported to Yeppoon Hospital for treatment. The 24-year-old woman faces four separate counts: dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, child abduction, and driving without a licence. The 36-year-old man was charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Both were remanded in custody and have appeared before Rockhampton Magistrates Court.
