A Darling Downs family is in mourning following the death of a teenager in a dirt bike crash yesterday in Logan City.
17 year old Levi Walsh died in hospital on Monday night while his 16 year old sister Trinity survived the crash suffering broken bones.
Police have praised her for wearing a helmet.
The accident occurred Monday afternoon in Kingston when the bike clipped a kerb.
Paramedics were called to Sirius street after reports that a dirt bike rider had hit a pole.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
It’s understood his parents plan to return his body to Chinchilla once cleared by the Coroner.
