UPDATE: Missing little boy found

  • Rod Stephen is a former television journalist and has worked as Foreign Editor for the Seven Network, Australian Bureau Chief for TV3 New Zealand, UK correspondent for Seven and ABC radio and as a producer for Reuters TV in London as well as SBS in Sydney and Melbourne before returning to Brisbane to work at 4BC.

The 18-month-old boy who was reported abducted from Darling Heights in Toowoomba has been found safe and well.

Police had previously asked for help from the public to find the boy and are grateful for all the public assistance.

He was previously reported  as being taken from a home on Harrison Court at midday yesterday.

A woman was said to have taking the boy from the house and then putting him into a car.

Earlier police said she had connections in Woolloongabba and Logan Central.
