Road works to create a new entrance for Logan City’s historic Kingston Butter Factory start this week.
The works will mean some minor disruption for motorists on Jacaranda Ave between Kingston Rd and Milky Way, Kingston.
Signs will be in place to indicate reduced speed limits and a partial road closure with one-way traffic flows in place towards Kingston Rd.
The road works are part of a $16.1 million project to develop the Kingston Butter Factory into a vibrant cultural heritage and performing arts hub in the heart of Logan.
The work is scheduled to be complete by early-December, depending on weather conditions.
