A lucky escape for the residents of a house which caught fire this morning in East Toowoomba.
The blaze broke out around 6:30 this morning near the intersection of Curzon Street and Arthur Street.
Paramedics checked on the residents but they did not need any further medical attention.
Crews remaining on standby at the fire scene, more than an hour after the blaze broke out.
The cause of the fire isn’t yet known.
