Seven people – two from Logan City – are scheduled back in court today, (Aug 2) accused of the execution style murder last year of Gold Coast bikie Shane Bowden.
All seven are alleged to be members of the Mongols outlaw motorcycle gang.
In total, eight men are accused of the murder.
That includes a A 41 year old and a 29 year old, both from Underwood, who were arrested two weeks ago.
Defence Lawyer Michael Gatenby is representing all of the accused.
He says all of his clients are bewildered they’ve been accused of murder and says he’ll be surprised if the charges stick.
