A Toowoomba-based anaesthetist is due to appear in court today, (Aug 10) charged with touching and photographing women in Toowoomba without their knowledge.
Between November 2020 and February this year, the man allegedly inappropriately touched three women aged in their 20s, while they were unconscious.
The 59-year-old Brisbane man has been charged with three counts each of sexual assault and recordings in breach of privacy.
As reported earlier by My News Feed the story originally came to light nearly three weeks ago with police seeking public help as they put together their case.
