The foster brother of murdered Logan City schoolgirl Tiahleigh Palmer has faced the Beenleigh Magistrates court charged with theft.
24 year old Trent Thorburn accused of stealing $22,000 worth of camping gear from a store in Parkinson.
The case was adjourned until August 24 while he seeks legal aid.
As reported earlier by My News Feed, the theft allegedly occurred in late June while the case against Thorburn only came to light in early July.
