An Eagleby man’s been granted bail after appearing in the Beenleigh Magistrates court, charged with manslaughter over the death of his friend.
Last Friday, 27 year old Danny Herman was found dead in the Logan River.
Yesterday, the court was told the pair got into an altercation leading to Mr Herman hitting his head and ending up in the river.
Police say there were inconsistencies in his report.
The man was granted bail and is due to re-appear in court in mid August.
