A price hike is slowly developing across Logan City service stations, just before the Christmas rush.

The RACQ’s Vivien O’Connor says the average price at the pump for unleaded is $1.11.
“But about 23% of the area’s retailers have increased the price to between $1.45 and and $1.51”.
She says if you still shop around, you’ll still get some great deals.
“Aim for about $1.10 before the prices go up everywhere!”.
