Hyperdome listed as exposure site

  • Scott Mayman is an award-winning radio presenter and journalist who has worked professionally in both Australia and in the United States and is also a Correspondent for CBS News Radio in New York.

The list of Covid exposure sites continues to grow and it’s moved into Logan City.

The Logan Hyperdome is now on the list.

A casual contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case visited the shopping centre last Saturday between 11:30am and 1:15pm

Some of the stores involved include Robins Kitchen,  Earth Markets and Coles.

The nearby Ampol Foodary in Loganholme has also been added with the contact visiting on Saturday between 1:15pm and 1:35pm

Then last Monday afternoon,  the contact visited Chemist Warehouse on Bryants Road.

Springwood MP Mick DeBrenni has used social media to encourage anyone who may’ve attended those shops to get tested as soon as possible.

Possible smoke haze from hazard reduction burn

Don’t be surprised if there’s a bit of smoke across Logan City and the Scenic Rim  from tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon. The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service will conduct a burn at Buccan Conservation Park after it was postponed today due to the windy conditions.....
