Earlier this week, the LNP confirmed its Opposition leadership and it was originally thought a new frontbench would also be announced in the wake of the recent state election.
But there’s been a delay in plans to confirm the LNP shadow ministry, leaving many of its members in doubt.
Scenic Rim MP JON KRAUSE is hopeful of a promotion in the new look Opposition frontbench.
“The portfolio of Shadow Attorney General or Justice… that sort of thing” he told My News Feed.
“Ofcourse, I want to be clear, the Scenic Rim is vitally important to me and it would be good that if I get a frontbench role that it will also benefit my Scenic Rim community as well as Queensland”.
It’s hoped the LNP will announce the new look Opposition line up in the coming days.
