A Logan-based business is setting the standard for the Australian flower industry.

“We’re a proudly Logan, Queensland and Australian owned business and we see the value of empowering the buyer with as much knowledge as we can.
“I’ve had the country of origin flags idea for over 12 months now and I knew we would end up leading the industry by implementing it once our capability was ready.
“The issue crystalized for us after the small business week visit by state Minister for Business and Waterford MP Shannon Fentiman.
“During that discussion it became clear for me that country of origin labelling would be a much needed boost to buyer confidence and would also continue to reinforce the hard working local flower growers of Australia that we already support.”
Mr Christensen said it would be very helpful for consumers as they will be able to see exactly where flowers come from when they’re making a purchase.
