A Logan City man is one of two men charged over a violent burglary on the Gold Coast.
The 30-year old man from Beenleigh and a 30-year old accomplice allegedly kicked in the front door of a home at Molendinar on Friday afternoon and stole some items from inside.
As they were doing this, they were confronted by two other men from the house next door and pointed a gun at the neighbours before driving their stolen car at them.
One of the neighbours rammed the car with his ute before the offenders drove off.
Their damaged stolen silver Hyundai was later spotted at Labrador by police, who cordoned off the area and arrested the two men.
The Beenleigh man was due to appear in the Southport Magistrates court on Saturday.
