A third boy, a 15-year-old from Browns Plains, has been charged over the assault of Rugby Union legend Toutai Kefu during a home invasion earlier this week.
The teen has been charged with four counts of attempted murder, three counts of assault causing grievous bodily harm and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, break and enter, burglary and deprivation of liberty
He was refused bail and will appear in Brisbane Children’s Court.
Two other teens, another 15-year-old and a 13-year-old have also been charged earlier in the week.
Yesterday, police located the silver Hyundai allegedly driven by the trio at Springfield Lakes.
It’s believed the home invasion was non-targeted.
